Carol Page recognizes the importance of credentials in education. She has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) with only 5% of Realtors nationwide. She is a GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), also LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) and has earned the PMN (Performance Management Network) designation of the Women's Council of REALTORS. A member of the Kansas Association of Realtors Honor Society for many years, Carol is also a charter member and past president of the Tri-County chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR.) Carol also served as past president and past governor of the Kansas chapter Women's Council of Realtors. Carol Page was honored as the Kansas WCR Member of the Year, 2000 and 2003. In 2005, Carol was voted the Kansas CRS of the Year. She served the Kansas CRS Chapter as President in 2007.

Personal Daughter of a career Navy Chief, Carol feels fortunate to have attended schools in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Gardner, KS and graduated from Roosevelt Roads High school, Puerto Rico. Sharing the trials of moving and having to say 'Goodbye,' Carol is proud of being a military BRAT,(www.bratswithoutborders.com) After graduating from Kansas State Teachers College, Emporia with a BS in Education, Carol's first job was with the Orlando Public Library. Her young family traveled to both coasts, living in Florida, California and Virginia. With two daughters, they returned to Kansas in January, 1977, establishing The Page Patch, west of Lansing. Interests in reading, sewing, crafts and photography began the preparation for real estate, and for grandparenting! Carol Page Photography includes photos of Andrew, Madison,Claire and scenes from Ireland, Australia, and beautiful scenes and sunsets around Leavenworth County.
